TORONTO — , a multi-tower purpose-built rental project developed by DBS Developments, recently celebrated the topping off of its 35-storey 100 Eastdale Avenue highrise in Toronto.
Located near Main and Danforth, the community has a seven-storey mid-rise building known as 94 Eastdale, which features a mix of townhomes and one to three-bedroom apartments, and the 100 Eastdale project which will feature 404 residential units.
Occupancy commenced in 2024 for 94 Eastdale for residents across 80 units. Amenities include a fitness centre, children’s playroom, theatre room and pet spa.
Completion for 100 Eastdale is anticipated for summer 2025. By celebrating the topping off, the highrise has completed its precast installation.
Amenities include a fitness centre, yoga studio, TRX/boxing room, co-working lounge, games room and party room and a private dining room.
In all, the community will have a park, outdoor pool, splash pad, community garden and dog run.Â
Global architecture firm Arcadis designed the community along with interior design firm II BY IV DESIGN and landscape architecture firm, Strybos Barron King Ltd.
