TORONTO — has been promoted to senior vice-president and district manager for ’s Toronto office.

In his new role, he will assume overall responsibilities for PCL’s operations in the Greater Toronto Area and southwestern Ontario.

Howe joins Monique Buckberger and Myke Badry, who continue in their roles as vice-president and district manager on Toronto’s .

Howe succeeds  who has been promoted to regional vice-president with oversight of PCL’s Toronto area operations and PCL’s  operations and will remain based in Toronto.
