Survey says corporate and public real estate owners over budget on projectsÌý
Most construction projects are delivered late and significantly over budget compared to the owners’ original plan, a new survey from Procore Technologies Inc. finds. Conducted by international research firm IDC in May and June and commissioned by Procore, the survey, released today, revealed 75 per cent of owners were over planned budgets on their projects and 77 per cent were late.
