civil, mechanical & electrical construction of the Windsor Utilities Commision 250 Windsor ETS Connection - Lump Sum Contract CCDC 2: The project generally included the supply (except pre-insulated heating piping & hot water valves), installation and commissioning of the underground and aboveground hot water and chilled water distribution piping including building penetrations as defined in the contract drawings and specifications to connect the 250 Windsor Office Building to a new heating and cooling suppy from the Windsor Utilities Commission District Heating System. The project also includes installation of Owner supplied heat exchangers, controls, energy meters and all electrical installation of Owner supplied controls and energy meters
