civil, mechanical & electrical construction of the Windsor Utilities Commision Justice Facility District Energy Piping Relocation - Lump Sum Contract CCDC 2: The project generally included the supply (except pre-insulated heating piping & hot water valves), installation and commissioning of the underground and aboveground hot water and chilled water distribution piping including building penetrations as defined in the contract drawings and specifications to connect the Windsor Justice Facility Building to a new suppy from the Windsor Utilities Commission District Heating System. The project also includes the isolation and partial removal of existing district energy piping supplying the Justice Facility Building in order to clear the adjoining property for new construction
