OPG kicks off $600 million Saunders Generating Station refurbishment

OPG’s R.H. Saunders Generating Station in Cornwall, Ont. is undergoing a refurbishment of its 16 units at a price tag of $600 million.

Ontario Power Generation has announced it will spend $600 million to refurbish its second-largest hydroelectric plant, the R.H.
