Crozier adds new members to executive leadership team and board of directors

COLLINGWOOD, ONT.—, a consulting engineering firm in the land development and building industry, has appointed two vice presidents, Kevin Morris, P.Eng. and Jim Firth, P.Eng. to the executive leadership team, as well as Janet Hughes, CHRL to its board of directors. 

Morris, a founding partner and board director at Crozier and a licensed P. Eng., is a 25-year industry veteran with expertise in municipal and private infrastructure and has managed land development projects for a variety of residential, commercial and institutional clients across Ontario.

In his new role as vice president, Morris will lead Crozier’s construction services, practices and processes across all offices, execute strategies to drive growth and work with the leadership team to support the development and launch of new service lines and geographic expansion.

Firth, a partner and board director at Crozier and a licensed P.Eng. and Designated Consulting Engineer, brings over 30 years of experience in land development engineering with a focus on business development. He will lead Crozier’s business development strategies and practices, as well as support the launch of new key service lines and geographic expansion.

Hughes has over 20 years of experience in professional recruitment, HR policy development and employee relations. As a board director, Hughes will have a greater impact in the company’s governance while applying her skills towards enhancing the employee experience and strengthening Crozier’s recruitment and retention strategies, the release states.
