Oliver Bowen was a civil engineer with the City of Calgary and oversaw the construction and design of the CTrain, one of the city’s vital transportation networks which sees an annual ridership of 50 million people. The CTrain cost roughly $144 million and Bowen delivered the project ahead of schedule and under budget.
