What are your protocols for COVID Prevention at the work place to mitigate exposures?
1) Are workers temperature checked at entry to the site?
2) Are they asked the 5 or so questions about their health and any exposure to others?
3) Do you have constant sanitizing common areas (washrooms, site offices, lunch rooms etc.?
4) Are their restriction in place addressing smoking, vaping, chew tobaccos or spitting?
5) Are masks and gloves mandatory at all times while on sites?
6) Are there lunch areas set up that allow for distancing while eating so workers can be monitored while the face coverings are removed?
7) Is there multiple hot running water wash station available through out the site?
8) Do you have isolated change areas/drying rooms for workers to change into their work and not have their cloths contaminated by contact with another’s clothing?
9) Do you have tracing matrix in place for all workers?
10) Is there a particular trade with high exposures cases?
11) How long of a time period does a test take c/w the results of an individual?
12) Are break times staggered for trades?
13) Is there a plan in place for movement of personnel?
14) Are non-essential visitors restricted from coming to site?
