The new Provincial Trades Concept is fantastic news for contractors, they can have four trades helpers legally build homes including the plumbing, carpentry
and electrical wiring for $14.00 per hour. That puts people to work and the helpers can learn as they go, hey, that’s the new Ontario apprenticeship plan,
everyone makes mistakes …that’s education.
